Two students from Austurbæjarskóli placed in the MR Mathematics Competition. Anna María, a 9th grader, finished 5th, and Kolbeinn Kjói, an 8th grader, finished 8th. They are pictured here with their math teacher Sigrún Lilja, who has coordinated the competition on behalf of Austurbæjarskóli for many years.
