Model Alþingi

In April, 10th-grade students visited Model Alþingi (Skólaþing), where they stepped into the roles of members of parliament. The visit was designed to give students a deeper understanding of how Alþingi operates and to build civic awareness. Students will continue exploring politics through their Icelandic and social studies classes. Students will form their own political parties and write their own platforms.
