Creative students

Ninth-grade students have been studying the continent of Africa, researching individual countries to present to their classmates. We truly appreciated the diversity of our school community when two students who had lived in Ghana and Sierra Leone shared their firsthand experiences and knowledge of those countries. Other students showcased their creative talents, presenting the material in a wide variety of ways. Highlights included a Moroccan-style painting, a violin piece in an Egyptian scale, and an original song featuring lyrics packed with facts about Nigeria.
